Wealth Statement Reconciliation Calculator
Your wealth statement has to explain itself: last year's wealth plus this year's income, less what you spent, should land on this year's wealth. Where it does not, that difference is exactly what a notice asks you about.
Free, no sign-up. Every rate comes from the published FBR and provincial schedules.
These rates are pending final verification against the current Finance Act. Confirm with us before relying on them for a transaction.

The reconciliation
| Wealth at the start of the year | Rs. 0 |
| Add: income declared | Rs. 0 |
| Less: personal expenses | Rs. 0 |
| Closing wealth this implies | Rs. 0 |
| Closing wealth you have declared | Rs. 0 |
| Difference to explain A positive figure is wealth that arrived from somewhere your return does not account for. | Rs. 0 |
This is an estimate based on the published salaried slab rates for the tax year selected. It is not tax advice. Your actual liability depends on allowances, tax credits, other sources of income and tax already withheld from you.
Worth knowing
- An unexplained increase can be assessed as income under section 111, at your normal rate, with penalty on top.
- A negative gap is a problem too: it says you lived on less than you declared spending, which usually means the expense figure is guessed rather than counted.
- Foreign remittances explain a great deal of wealth growth legitimately, but only if they came through a banking channel and you can produce the encashment certificate.
Want the real number, not an estimate?
A calculator works from the figures you give it. Your actual position accounts for allowances, credits, other income and every rupee already withheld from you — which is frequently more than the tax you owe.
